These icons/avatars are free for you to use on forums/message boards, instant messenger programs, blogging sites and other such places. However, you must give me credit. If you're using them on any forums/message boards or blogging websites, such as LiveJournal, just a link back to http://www.specialvictimsunit.org or my LiveJournal is perfectly adequate. If you're using them on an IM program like MSN or Yahoo!, obviously you don't need to give credit, but please do not claim them as your own. Please do not redistribute the icons either, for free or otherwise. Brushes used on the icons were all from here, here and here. Please read the How To if you don't know how to use the icons.
